The case for a weekly review routine in Notion

A template is only as good as the habit that supports it. That’s why every Luna Mak template includes a ‘Weekly Review’ section — a simple checkbox list that takes fifteen minutes every Sunday.

Here’s what I do: open my project database, archive completed tasks, update statuses, and move any overdue items to the top. Then I scan my content calendar and adjust deadlines if needed. Finally, I write three priorities for the week in a dedicated page.

That fifteen minutes prevents the chaos of forgotten follow-ups and missed deadlines. It also keeps the template from accumulating stale data. If you only build one new habit, make it the weekly review. Your future self will thank you.
