I’m excited to share the Creative Project Hub, a Notion template built for freelancers and solo creators who run 3-7 projects at once. It’s the result of six months of iterating on my own workflow.
At its core is a single project database with status, deadline, client, and a notes field. A ‘Dashboard’ view shows active projects sorted by deadline. Click any project to open a page with a linked database for tasks — pre-populated with a Recurring Weekly Checklist template.
The template includes a ‘Project Brief’ section with placeholders for scope, deliverables, and budget. I designed it so you can onboard a new client in under five minutes. Everything fits on one screen — no scrolling through endless toggle lists.
